2025 National Survey on Health and Disability (NSHD)

Participate in the 2025 National Survey on Health and Disability (NSHD) conducted by the Institute for Health and Disability Policy Studies at the University of Kansas.

About the Survey

The Institute for Health and Disability Policy Studies at the University of Kansas is looking for adults who live in the U.S. to take the 2025 National Survey on Health and Disability (NSHD).

Do you have a physical, mental, emotional, or health condition? If you answered ‘yes,’ they want you to take their survey!

The world is changing, and now, more than ever, your experiences need to be heard!

This research is being conducted to better understand and document how getting needed health care services, how having certain types of health care and/or insurance coverage affects the life, health and participation in the community of people with disabilities.

Your shared knowledge and experiences will be used to develop resources, as well as policy and practice recommendations, to address issues that affect the health, employment, and lives of Americans with disabilities!

This survey is available online in English, Español, and American Sign Language, or over the phone.
